All participating teams must be affiliated with the FA.
The cost of entry for each team is £60. Preferred payment method: BACS to Account Name: Salisbury Youth FC, Acct No: 00544011, Sort Code: 30-97-41. PLEASE DON'T FORGET TO PUT YOUR TEAM/CLUB NAME AND AGE GROUP AS REFERENCE.
Your entry is not accepted until payment has been received and a confirmation email has been sent out to you. The organisers reserve the right to accept later entries ahead of any unpaid entries.
Cancellations prior to April will receive a full refund. Any cancellations between 1st April and 30th April will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations from 1st May will not be eligible for a refund.
Any cancellation must be made in writing to the secretary.youth.salisburyfc@gmail.com, stating your bank details for the refund.
