Tom is in the seventh year of managing this team who are now at U13, a qualified Level 1 coach, Tom embraced the FA’s foundation age coaching philosophy of developing players to be creative, to be brave on ball, be prepared to take risks and to not be afraid of making a mistake.

Emphasis is on praising performance over results and in the development of the individual and the squad to be the best they can. Giving players responsibility and a chance to thieve in an environment where playing with energy, giving 100% effort whilst enjoying their footballing journey is remains top of the agenda.

Tom is also a member of the SFC Youth committee.

Pete joins Tom on the side line for the first time this season having watched as a parent from the opposite side of the pitch now for some years. Pete is always keen and ready to assist during training sessions and on match days - regularly taking either a flag or the whistle when there is a lack of willing volunteers.
