Welcome to Salisbury Youth, Under 11 Girls' Tornadoes Team Page! Following the recent successes of our Lionesses, we have been delighted to create a fantastic community for girls to play football in a fun and nurturing environment. Our girls have been playing together since early 2023 and have recently joined the newly formed South Wiltshire Mini Soccer League to continue their development. We are proud to have a supportive and friendly group of players, parents and supporters. Our coaching team are highly experienced and dedicated to creating a safe and fun environment where our girls feel empowered and supported to fulfil their potential.

Bianca Rodriguez, Manager
Bianca Rodriguez, Manager
Bianca has played football for over 20 years, growing up through the academy system with Reading FC and going on to play up to Women’s Super League 2 level with Reading FC Women. She is also a two time FA Futsal Cup champion and a strong believer in the benefits that small sided football can have for player development.
She achieved her Level 1 coaching qualifications for football and futsal in 2013. Since then, she has enjoyed using these experiences to coach and mentor the next generation of players. Bianca is incredibly passionate about creating a fun and nurturing environment where girls can excel in football and feel supported to achieve their potential.

Ed is the team's wise head that has been running youth teams for Salisbury for over 17 years with great success. He has been there, done that but he's never lost the love for it. He is also (again) a member of the board and looks after the facilities at the cattle market and is heavily involved in our social media team.
Ed is the manager of the U10 Whites, the U12 Girls Hurricanes as well as coach for Bianca's U12 Tornadoes. (He really does love football!)
