Hello and welcome to our homepage. We are the Salisbury FC U8 Lightning and we play in our local South Wiltshire Mini Soccer League on Sunday mornings. We'd like to say a massive Thank you to our sponsors Wilding, Wine and Dine Shop in Salisbury!!

Andy Crompton, Manager
Andy has played football from a young age and carried on playing with the army throughout his army career which took him to both Afghanistan and Iraq. He loves the game and as a coach, seeing the smiles on the children’s faces makes his day.
Jamie Mant, Coach
Jamie has been playing football since he was knee height to a grasshopper! He has always been a Goalkeeper and it is a real passion for him the ‘art of Goalkeeping’ together with the game being played for the sheer enjoyment and the togetherness of a team!

We train together with the SFCY U8 Thunder team every Tuesday from 6.00pm to 7.00pm at
Livestock Market, Netherhampton Road, SP2 8RH or at Sarum Academy 3G
Home Match Venue
We are playing in the local South Wiltshire Minisoccer League. Our home matches are played on Sundays at
Livestock Market, Netherhampton Road, SP2 8RH
We play in white shirts, black shorts and black socks.
