U13s step up..
After a successful season in their last season of 9 v 9 the squad regrouped
We have won our Tyro Division White 2
In 18 games, the team only lost once very early on in the season when they didn't have a full team. They scored an incredible 90 goals in 18 games and are looking forward to being promoted for next season.
Their end of season bash was a fun session at footgolf which they thoroughly enjoyed as you can see by the photos.

A bit more about us
Starting out at U7s, this Salisbury U13s team are this year playing in their sixth season - now in the Tyro U13s league. This season sees the amalgamation of players from both of last years U11s teams to form a single squad. With just one sole survivor now from the original U7s the 15 player strong squad is ready for the season ahead, looking forward to playing high energy entertaining football for our supporters.

Our U13 Coaching Team
Tom Young, Manager
Tom is in the seventh year of managing this team who are now at U13, a qualified Level 1 coach, Tom embraced the FA’s foundation age coaching philosophy of developing players to be creative, to be brave on ball, be prepared to take risks and to not be afraid of making a mistake.
Emphasis is on praising performance over results and in the development of the individual and the squad to be the best they can. Giving players responsibility and a chance to thieve in an environment where playing with energy, giving 100% effort whilst enjoying their footballing journey is remains top of the agenda.
Tom is also a member of the SFC Youth committee.
Pete Rawlinson, Assistant
Pete joins Tom on the side line for the first time this season having watched as a parent from the opposite side of the pitch now for some years. Pete is always keen and ready to assist during training sessions and on match days - regularly taking either a flag or the whistle when there is a lack of willing volunteers.

Match Day Home Pitch
For the second season we continue to use Sherfield English as our home pitch and we very much looking forward to hosting and welcoming opposing players, supporters and match officials to our home fixtures.
The squad will be playing all homes games this season at:
Sherfield English Sports Field, Steplake Lane, Sherfield English, Romsey, SO51 6FP
Home matches kick off at 12pm on Sundays.
