Under 8 Thunder
Hello and welcome to our homepage. We are the Salisbury FC U8 Thunder team and we play in our local South Wiltshire Mini Soccer League on Sunday mornings. Our team was newly formed this season because there was so much interest in this age group and we just didn't want to say 'no' to anybody.
We've definitely got the coolest sponsor in the club. It's the incredible chart topping band WetLeg. You might have seen them at Glastonbury! We'd like to say a massive Thank you to the band!!

Terry Beresford, Manager
Terry started off like most of our coaches, as a dad and was then recruited by Andy, the manager of the then U7 team. Since there was such a demand for places in this age group, we created an extra team and Terry is now the manager. He's doing a cracking job. Welcome to the team, Terry.
Ben Taylor-Brown, Coach
Terry's coach is Ben. Ben is an Assistant Head Teacher in a primary school. He is therefore very experienced in teaching young children. We're proud to welcome him to our coaching squad.

Home Match Venue
We are playing in the local South Wiltshire Minisoccer League. Our home matches are played on Sundays at
Livestock Market, Netherhampton Road, SP2 8RH
We play in white shirts, black shorts and black socks.
