Our U16 Whites Coaching Team
Craig Roocroft, Manager
Craig joined SFC as a manager in 2018 bringing his team with him from Tidworth but he'd been a parent helper for the other team in the same age group for a number of years, regularly running the line.
Craig is one of our highest qualified coaches having completed his UEFA B licence during the 18/19 season and attended numerous other courses to give the players the best opportunities.
Craig strongly believes in the Player Centre Approach, putting the players first coupled with long term player development.
Craig’s son also plays in the team.
Mark Patience, Coach
Mark has now been coaching alongside Craig for a number of years. His son plays in the team making sure that Mark stays around. Mark is a fully qualified and DBS checked coach.
